After graduating Georgia Southern University, he spent 10 years in software and SaaS sales. He then pivoted to management and business development and most recently has joined Optimize Practice Services, leading our business development team.
In his role at OPS he aims to help dental practice owners achieve their goals while fulfilling OPS’ stated mission of keeping dentistry in the hands of dentists.
Jon leads our business development team with the same hands-on approach he started out with in his door-to-door career. He's quick to pick up the phone to talk through challenges, practices “shoe leather” outreach and understands that business development is as much about listening as it is demystifying objections.
When not in his basement office Jon enjoys taking his dog Rigsby for walks, gardening, birding, checking his compost pile, and playing basketball.
